Question

i am an 100% permanent and total disabled veteran. i have an 5yr old daughter, healthy. i am 42yrs old. what would be a good insurance choice?

Answer

Hi, thank you for the question. I am not exactly sure what you are asking though. You may be referring to life insurance. If so, the first step would be to see if you are even insurable. The extent of your disability may determine if you are eligible for coverage at all and if so, what the underwriting classification would be. The next step would be to look at your budget to see what you can afford and how much coverage you want to get. Term life insurance typically ranges from 10 to 30 years with a level premium and is less expensive than permanent. Permanent insurance is designed to cover you for your entire life. There are many factors that go into selecting the right insurance coverage. I recommend seeing a qualified insurance agent in your area to find the best option for you.
