What is the best budgeting app

I really like Every Dollar which is through Dave Ramsey.   There is a free version and then the premium version which is $6.67 per month.  The premium version will import all of your transactions from your credit cards and bank account into your budget. 

I also think that using excel for a budget is a very good option, too.  Using excel is a manual process because you have to add the expenses and receipts that go into each budget category. However, adding each thing up really forces you to look at where you are spending your money.  Good luck!
