Andy Kark graduated from the A.B. Freeman school of Business at Tulane University in 1990 with a BS in Management and a concentration in accounting.  For the past 18 years, Andy has been a partner at M.Z. Kark & Associates, Inc., an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm in Denver, Colorado.  Prior to joining M.Z. Kark & Associates Inc., Andy worked with the Curtis Group at Shearson Leman Hutton in Palo Alto and at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington DC as a CPA. 

Andy’s area of focus is on finance and investments.  M.Z.Kark & Associates, Inc. is a fee-based only, boutique financial planning firm.   The firm focuses on approximately 80 client relationships and manages approximately $120 million in assets. While the firm’s area of expertise is investment advice, it also assists on many other business and personal consulting areas.  These often include estate planning, insurance planning, tax consulting, deferred compensation, refinancing of homes, and buying or selling businesses.  Andy is very close with each of his clients and gets appropriately involved in the financial affairs of each client, based on their individual needs.   Andy’s mantra is that he must add value to a client situation for the relationship to work.
