Question
I have an irrevocable trust with my three sons named as beneficiaries. Can only one son draw money out of that account or do all three have to sign?Answer
I recommend that you contact the attorney that drafted your trust and he should be able to provide you an accurate answer. Every trust has different language, so I am unfortunately unable to provide you with an appropriate response since I don't know what language is in the trust.
