Question

I am 62 years of age with savings of cash, stocks, retirement accounts valued at 1.5 million. 250K of the amount is in Roth accounts. Where do I find a retirement calculator that will take in to account the 250k roth money as these funds when withdrawn pay no tax. What everyone needs to know is the net dollars they will receive.

Answer

Most of the free on-line retirement calculators are simplistic and lack the functionality to incorporate investment account registration and tax treatment.  That said, here's a web-site that does allow you to enter Roth assets in the retirement calculation: www.smartmoney.com. Then click on "tools", then "Retirement Planner".
