Last year I purchased my credit score. This year it has dropped by 14 points. I have three store credit cards. The last one opened over two years ago. One I rarely use. The other two I use more frequently but, I always pay the balance in full each month. It''s never late and I never come close to my credit limit. Dear Sirs, My wife was awarded a contract for which she had to accept payment for services that will be performed over 16 years. The payment was over $30K. Is there a way to divide the income over at least a few years to minimize the tax hit anticipated for the lump payment. Thanks, Ken Henry

Hello, I volunteer for a non profit that is just beginning and we are trying to find out whether or not an owner of a building is able to write off the rent of the building since he is leasing it to a non-profit 501 c 3 organization? or what are the rules around this?
