My mom Mabel Goehner died in Nov of 2005, she had some stocks (Met Life Inc-Common PV 0.01) C that were never reported.Which went into probate. Me and my sister who was mom;s power of attorney,was never able to recover the unclamed dividends valued at around $11,000 or less. We (Robert Goehner and my sister Deborah Goehner are trying to recover the net amount value...

My husband and I experienced a foreclosure last Jan. So we've been renting since. We desperately want to buy our own home again, what will it take to do this? Our goal is to save for a down payment....it is difficult right now bc he is a stay at home dad, limiting his income as a home repairman. But I figure it saves us in daycare expenses. our company (Boeing) is moving jobs to California from Washington State which has no state tax. I have worked 34 years at Boeing. Now, If we move to californa and work there for 3 years and retire in California and move back to Washington. Does state of Californa tax me on my retirement benefits (all or partial)? If yes, is there a formula for the retirement...

my mother passed away 06242013 and she had an IRA account. when we closed the account it was setup as a estate account. so when the distrbution was done of 42,712.00 we had 30percent of txaes withheld. now we are required to file a form 1041. after reading and attemping to do the form, i am showing no txas due and we will get the 30% of taxes paid back. help
