AICPA Launches National Women’s Financial Literacy Campaign

Campaign builds upon the Success of the AICPA’s 360 Degrees of Financial Literacy Effort.

AICPA and U.S. Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau Teleconference

The AICPA has launched a partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau to host a monthly toll-free teleconference call on topics that deal with women and financial literacy.  Each call features three experts with a question and answer session following the presentations. These calls occur on the last business day of each month for one hour and are open to the general public. Every call is recorded and posted on the U.S. Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau Web Site.    For more information about the teleconference please visit http://wiseupwomen.tamu.edu/conference.php.

The 360 Degrees of Financial Literacy Web site offers general information for managing personal finances and does not recommend specific financial actions.  For financial advice tailored to your situation, please contact an expert such as a CPA or a personal financial advisor.
