Energy Savers is the EERE’s resource for lay people, includes do-it-yourself energy auditing directions, and home improvements

Energy Savings Calculators from the EERE for homes, businesses and vehicles.

Fueleconomy.gov is EERE and the EPA’s website on fuel economy, and has information about efficient cars as well.
