Question

I am 63yrs old and onlyreceivve SSDI and recenctly diagoised with cancer. i need a usedvehiclle tto get here to there and only have enough to eat. i have some funds to save each month but not to buy auused car with insurance ,registration, maintenance ect. please advise i need a blessing.

Answer

Purchasing a used vehicle will result in unexpected hidden costs and repairs. A better solution is to save the limited funds that you have and to reach out to caring members of your community to help with transportation, along with contacting your State and County Board of Social Services to make sure that you are taking advantage of all of the benefits that are available to low income residents including subsidized housing, fuel/food subsidies and transportation solutions. It is always best to go online or call first to get acclimated with the County process, before visiting in person.

Wishing you many blessings as you work through your medical treatments.
