How do I go about getting a forgiveable
loan forgiven. I work for a city agency
in a poverty stricken neighborhood.

You need to talk to the company that gave you the loan...and get the specifics. Get the specifics..since all are not alike..

And also..make sure you ask..what the tax ramifications will be..
