I am in so much debt, Iam disable on a monthly income. I resently opened a second chance bank account, that is now in over-draft trouble. I tried to pay a $9.49 check to a church, they did'nt get the money when I had it there. Should I close the account? I was also trying to get a modification from my mortgage servicer.
