I am a shareholder in Trousdell Village Co-op in NY. I have always had a personal insurance policy but recently, the Homeowner''s Association is requiring that they be named as an insured. My insurance company, Travelers, says that cannot be done due to conflict of interest issues pursuant to the definition of an insured on the policy. What is the law on it? P.S....

My mortgage was through Bank of America and I am seriosly behind. They sold my mortgage to another lender and supposedly they do not work through HAMP or any of the other programs to try and refinance. Should I file bankruptcy to avoid foreclosure or lose my home with 18 years of equity?

I am amending my 2011 tax return and claiming a loss in my ordinary income (line 14). As the result my adjusted gross income is about "0". Can I postpone my itemized deductions, as a whole or in part, for year 2012? If yes how should I do it? Thanks, Ali
