I have been divorced from my ex for almost 2 years. Prior to the divorce, I covered the children''s health insurance (2 children) and according to our divorce settlement, I have continued to maintain the health insurance for the children of which my ex has reimbursed me for half of those expenses. I opened a Roth Ira 10 years ago. Now making over 160,000. Getting taxed for what I put in during 2013. Do I have to close this account since I cannot roll it over into An Ira. What do you recommend since I will get a penalty for closing it?

I am a CPA in industry (previously audit), and have managed my investments for over 20 years. Although I''m fine with my results so far, I believe I could use a sanity check. I'm thinking this would take the form of a fee-only financial review/plan, without putting my assets under management. Do you have any advice for people in my situation? Thank you.

I have an A&B Trust. My husband passed away in 2005 and I did not have the trust divided because I did not have enough money. We had the trust made up because of a disabled son. The lawyer did an A&B trust that we did not understand. When I pass away how does this affect my children?

If my kids have bank accounts with debit cards, what is the best way for me to teach them how to balance their checking accounts? They don''t want to stop every time they pay with their debit card and write it down in a check register.
