Without getting into details of the incident. While in a private home, I injured my Right arm Distal Bicep resulting in my tendon rupture. I have no medical insurance. Homeowner, has a 1 million liability insurance in his home. How can I proceed for medical liability against homeowner insurance?

My father (82) and wife need more care and a sister has volunteered to add an in-law apartment on to their house. Dad will pay, but since the house is titled in my sisters name, would this be considered a gift to her from Dad?
