What is the best way to get advice for finacial planning? I had engaged a planner earlier but it soon became obvious that he was more intesreted in selling finacial products like insurance etc. I live in Nassau County in NY. My son owns a garage where he does auto repairs. Has only business checking. Is there any reason why he should not use that account to pay rent or regular items, providing, the taxes are separate and logged only for business items???
