I own a home in Wisconsin that i still owe about 29,000.00 on before it is paid off. I also am renting a home in Georgia to where i recently relocated to over 2 yrs. ago. at 750.00 a month. My dilemma is. The home in Wisconsin can be rented out, but i don't have the extra income now to make the necessary repairs to make the home inhabitable for a renter i.e., floors...

We just started the building of a single family home. My husband and father-in-law are doing all the work (I believe they are self contractors). We are only subcontracting someone to do the foundation and stucco. Can we get homeowners insurance with out an actual structure? and what other options of insurance do we have?

I am one year away from full retirement when I turn 66. I have IRAs and cash saved. Some of the IRAs are in bank money markets with less than 1% interest I have been afraid to put the money in stocks. Do you have any suggestions to get this money working harder for me? Regards Bruce S.

We have had a LIRP for 3 years. Also have 401(k) plans through employer. Both of us are 55 years old and joint AGI 2013 $160,000. What is the best amount of cash to invest in a LIRP with a LTC rider? What other investments make more sense if retiring by age 65?
