I took part in the $7500 first time home buyers credit back in 2008 where you actually have to pay it back. Since then we found they then started giving the same amounts of money away in 2009 and 2010 for the exact same thing (without having to pay it back!), I am hoping thee is a way I can get what I owe waived. Is this possible or am I just wishing here? Thanks!

I am looking to reduce my College Student loan. My current interest rate is 7% Are there any other place I can transfer my student loans to. I was also thinking of sign up for 1 year interest free credit cards. Need some advise

If you delay receiving Social Security benefits (until age 70), and DO NOT sign up for Medicare Part A at age 65, can you continue making contributions to your Health Savings Account for the years between 65 and 69 and then start Medicare Part A, Part B etc., without any lost benefits or penalties? I will have Group health insurance through my employer.
