I am 65 still working and plan on retiring at 67. I have met a woman that is currently 62 and we plan on marrying at my age 67 and her age 64 . In order to maximize her retirement income after I die I have been reviewing Social Security strategies and found that she can file at 64 and I can then file spousal and get half of her FRA income even though she is not FRA...

If I have a Group Variable Universal Life policy and pass away, what will happen to the investment portion of the contract at death? Will those assets be sold prior to the claim payout or will they stay in the market until the claim is paid to my beneficiary?

I am selling my house. I plan to pay off my debts with some of the profit from the sale. I have two business loans ($85k) and credit card debt ($20k). Should I pay them off all at once? Are there benefits to doing so? Thank you.
