my husband is 68. he plans to retire in September 2016 at age 69. I am 65. I plan to work at least 1 or 2 more years. We have heard that one of us will receive their full SS benefits, but the other will only receive about half of what they are entitled to because there is a maximum household benefit. Is this true? If so, how is that fair??
