I am the owner of a term life insurance policy with my wife as the sole beneficiary. Should I die and my wife collects the policy benefit, can any of my creditors proceed in going after the policy benefit paid to my wife? Thanks

Regarding SS, I am at 66 in 6 months. My spouse is aged 58. Can I file and restrict my benefits, then file for spousal benefits until I reach age 70? Or what is the better strategy at this point with my spouse being at a little lower earnings level ?

My parents do not have much retirement. They will mainly rely on SSI for their daily living expenses. They will be moving in with me full time. I was told that I may claim them as my dependents if they make less than $4000 of income a year. As a combined couple they will probably be receiving about $1900 total a month.
