What is the significance of the beneficiary for a policy not being listed online even though they are on the original policy documentation? It seems odd that a multi-billion dollar insurance company could not not manage to include this information.

My wife and her brother are the co-owners and beneficiaries on a whole life policy insuring their parents. The policy only pays if both insured die. What happens if one of the co-owners and beneficiary pre deceases the insured? And can the surviving co-owner make any changes to the policy?

I have a single life annuity from a prior company I worked for but does not start until I am 65. Is there a way to sell that now for financial reasons? I am 56 years of age, currently. Thanks, Rick

JP morgan has been dragging their feet paying out a policy due me and the deceased daughter.How can I speed things up. Its been at least 9 monthes we have been trying to collect. They keep telling my lawyer they didnt get the documents he sent. They sent them twice now
